On November 6 at Palazzo Mezzanotte, in the "Sala delle Grida", now permanently converted to a conference center, was held the ceremony for the delivery of certificates "Elite 2017".
The program of the Elite platform of Borsa Italiana, aimed at Italian companies that intend to make the "quality leap", provides a challenging path, full of ideas and opportunities, to redefine and improve Corporate Governance, management control, strategy and business plan, financial communication, all with a view to a possible listing on the Italian Stock Exchange.
Among the Elite "graduate" companies there is also the Holding IN & OUT Spa, which is owned by well-known brands in the market of window accessories such as ZANZAR SISTEM, SUNCOVER, IRS and CROCI.
The President and founder Angelo L'Angellotti declared with satisfaction during the ceremony that: "Elite Certification is an important motivation to continue on the path of internationalization, technological innovation and quality that are the cornerstones on which our Group's DNA is based".
IN & OUT joined the "Elite Programme" in 2015 together with 26 other Italian companies, included in the platform dedicated to the excellence of SMEs throughout Europe and now counts over 600 companies.
