The In&Out Group, is a new industrial reality that brings together and networks companies already leaders in the sector with historic brands and others of more recent establishment, with which it achieves important industrial synergies. The companies produce and distribute in specialized channels custom-made products such as: mosquito nets, shutters, motorizations and automations, technical blinds, shutters, outdoor blinds and sunscreens. In addition, the companies are active in the B2B sector with the offer of systems and components, equipment and characteristic accessories for custom-made third-party production. The commercial offer is managed independently by the companies themselves, which provide customers and specialized operators with a wide range of technical solutions, both standard and custom made. Solutions realized with high quality standards and strictly "Made in Italy". In this context, the holding company also exercises management and coordination functions in relation to its subsidiaries in the following areas: economic-financial, market development and marketing, R&D, and is responsible for managing the trademarks and patents of its subsidiaries.
In 2017 In&Out obtained the Elite-Growth certification of Borsa Italiana and the Legality Rating.
At an aggregate level, the group companies permanently employ around 500 workers, in addition to seasonal units.
In November 2021, Alessandro Benetton's 21 Invest Group reached a binding agreement to acquire a majority stake in Zanzar, a Grottaglie-based group specialising in the production of mosquito nets. The company, founded in 1985, has reached a turnover of 80 million euros, of which 35 million on foreign markets, expanding its products (shutters, boxes, awnings, pergolas, blinds) and with the acquisitions of Croci Italia, IRS, Suncover Italia, Stampaggi Industriali and Verelux.
