A Midsummer evening under the stars, in the new headquarters of Zanzar Sistem a Grottaglie, an exhilarating comedy show with well-known and less well-known artists presented by the talented Debora Villa and Mauro Pulpito. This was the event dedicated to the first 30 years of the leading company for the production of mosquito net systems and to the presentation of the industrial group IN&OUT of which Zanzar Sistem is the leader. The occasion brought together the employees of the companies, customers, suppliers, consultants and all the institutional relations network of the Group.
In his welcome speech, Angelo L'Angellotti, founder of Zanzar Sistem and Chairman of the IN&OUT Group, retraces the history of the company from its origins, at the end of the 1980s, to the birth of the Industrial Group to which it belongs. Some passages of his speech capture the values on which the company's architecture was built, values that strengthen and claim the sense of belonging, the ties with the territory and the need to continue to grow through a continuous transfer of corporate knowledge and skills between generations.
"Investing in human capital" is therefore the Group's natural choice. This message is further enhanced by the delivery of a personalized plaque to employees with over 25 years of corporate loyalty. Lifetime employees who, in turn, have been supporters of the growth process, have given the young employees a "key", to symbolize the passing on of the baton and the transmission of knowledge as a tool to open the doors of the Future.
